Physical pick-up information
For your convenience, Outlawz Merch offers physical pick-up options for your online orders. Please read through the information below to ensure a smooth and safe pick-up experience.
Pickup locations
Pick-up is available after August 17, 2026. You can pick up locally or at our headquarters at 46 Brook Hollow Circle, Manchester, Tennessee. We also offer pick-up in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
Pickup hours
Our physical pick-up hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight).
Prepare for your pickup
What to bring
When you come to pick up your order, please bring the money for your purchase and know which specific merchandise items you are picking up. Payment can be made by card or cash, and is due before the merchandise is handed over. You will have the opportunity to inspect your items at pick-up. Please note that there are no returns on merchandise purchased in person.
Important notes
